LOOP Livestream: COVID Artist & Venue Relief

Melbourne, we need your support to migrate our LOOP program online!

LOOP Project Space & Bar has been supporting thousands of emerging filmmakers, artists musicians, festivals, comedy nights, forums, DJ's, not-for-profits, indigenous & LGBTQIA communities since 2003. We want to continue to support our community by migrating our program online during these difficult times. That's why we created LOOP STREAM: a curated Melbourne-based online program with Live Streaming & Podcasts.

The arts, music & events industry has taken a big hit & our venues are closed so it's never been more critical to donate & we need your support, even a $5 donation helps if you possibly can.

What we are doing with your donation:

1. we are setting up "LOOP STREAM", our streaming, broadcasting & podcasting software so we can migrate our program online. 
2. we are unifying the Loop arts community in a safe & creative way online as we are concerned about the wellbeing of our emerging artists & they need to keep making work;
3. we are raising money to pay a fee to our artists &residencies to help with their lost gigs, events and wages by migrating their program from a physical space to online;
3. we are making compelling video content available to audiences online;
4. we are promoting & marketing events by maintaining our website, social media & newsletters.

For as long as #stayathome lasts, LOOP will present short Livestream sets from our most revered musicians, audio/visual artists & forums whose gigs have been cancelled as a result of the pandemic.

LOOP STREAM is an online program, look at this as your cover charge. Everyone is welcome (the videos are free to watch) no one will be asked to leave if they don't donate. But if you are able, we ask you to please support our community, even $5 helps.

Each video series or program costs money to produce which includes a nominated fee to the artists/organisers, videographer (to film the series), marketing & curator & streaming fees.
