Loop Growers Drought Fundraiser

Loop Growers are a small regenerative farm located 30 kilometres north-west of the Brisbane CBD. For 4 years, Loop Growers have been supplying a wide range of chemical free fruit and vegetables to a continually expanding community of households and local businesses.
Loop Growers, like all farmers, are now directly facing the consequences of climate change and ecological decline. Cedar Creek is the life force of Loop Growers, and after months of observing a dramatic decrease in flow, the waterway is no longer a sustainable source of water for the farm. Aside from the humans that rely on this water, Loop is host to a rich diversity of fish, birds, butterflies and bees that are dependent on it too.
The only viable and manageable solution to this water crisis is the construction of a bore. This comes at a price that seems virtually unattainable for a small, community supported farm, so in order to see this initiative into fruition, we are asking for donations on behalf of Loop Growers to finance this measure.
Christmas is drawing close, and by all accounts, it is the season for giving. Giving is not just about making a donation, it’s about making a difference. Every dollar contributed will make a difference, no matter how small the donation is, and we thank you in advance for your support.
