Looking for some help need to have surgery on knee

I need to have surgery on my knee been out of work a week.. it not getting better but have no health insurance and I keep having to go to these specialist and appointments and I have spent about $1000 dollars in the last 5 days n haven’t even had or set a date for surgery cause it is 250 dollars here or 275 there to just be sent to see someone else.. so in need of help I wasn’t going to do this but a friend of mine told me to so here is nothing
