Lonnie's Captains

Our Friend and Guardian at the DoubleTree Hotel, Lonnie, had an unexpected fire at his apartment last Thursday, August 2nd. The fire completely burnt his home to the ground. He lost everything! We know and work with Lonnie every time we are in Dallas. He hasn't asked us for help, but I know we all want to help him however we can during this difficult time in his life. I've talked with him to see how we can help and all he can say is Thanks! He is very grateful nobody was hurt. I hope we can look into our wallet and help him get back on his feet. He calls all of us Captains, and he treats us with dignity and respect. He considers us family! I think we all think of him as family too because he watches over all of us! He stands guard while we rest and gladly helps us in time of need. He is a great man with a great Servant's Heart! One of the most significant traits of this superb group of Pilots is our commitment to others. We step up when needed, and I'm thankful to be a part of this fantastic group! Please take a moment to discuss this with those people most important to you and decide how best to help Lonnie!
