Untested and some tested victims of covid 19 are currently unable to get enough support at present. We need urgent mri & ct scans on our brains, heart, lungs, kidneys. gastric tract and liver. We have spent more than 7 months trying to get support by nothing is available, instead we are being labelled with mental illness. To do this we propose to set up a website www.chroniclongcovid.com. This will be built by crowdfunding in three phases. Two here.
Phase 1 will allow hosting, domain name, website built by a professional developer and an info portal. Website will then go live.
Phase 2 will allow plug ins to be built to allow donations to be received. Once the plug ins are in place we will then announce
Phase 3 a new campaign for donations towards scans and access/transport/assistance with trials & scans.
This will be explained in detail once we have the infrastructure in place. Lisa Milburn is our campaign manager and the sole recipient to receive pre approved withdrawals from gofundus.
We chose her for her high security credentials as a qualified senior banker with high security checks and clearance. The organiser of the group set up this campaign and we keep the two separate, for transparency purposes. Accounts are held.
Exasperated, with little energy due to fatigue and suffering on average 50 symptoms each, we are starting a 3-phase fund raising campaign to help these patients get urgent scans privately at a hospital to prove we are ill and rule out harmful clots. So far some of us have been able to get scans as part of research and they are showing organ damage. We have had people die due to clotting and many of us are deeply concerned that we may have permanent damage or are needing further medical intervention as we show a variety of up to 200 effects. This group will only get bigger with each wave.
These scans are both necessary to show the medical community that we have damaged organs and for diagnostic imaging to get support. Phase 3 is aiming initially for £25,000 to assist with trials (blood collection/transport to centres/sending members for scans, part assistance in places with scans. as we raise more money we will continue to help pay for private scans or help towards the costs of travelling for any scans that are offered as part of research and/or clinical trials.
Phase 3 will announced as a new campaign once the plug ins and web portal infrastructure is in place. The selection criterion will be announced when the phase 3 campaign is started.
We have been isolated, excluded and we are the forgotten victims of Covid 19. Most members are untested and stayed home not to put pressure on the NHS at a time of crisis and have now effectively shot themselves in the foot. Some of these members are medical frontline staff who contracted longtail during their work and been fired, unpaid, treated unacceptably as well as others. we need these frontline staff in our NHS to treat the sick and to police our communities .
Can you help us get help, with proof of internal damage to organs we will have proof of medical need. Perhaps then we will get some further support. we are raising funds now to set up and run a website which will allow us to receive donations for a downloadable fun game.
