2703 Atlantic Ave has been home to lots of great memories over the years, and now it's time to put some love back into the house. Funds raised will go towards "must have" items for making Longport livable for Mom and Mike, family members, and possibly renters. This includes ensuring the bathrooms work properly, painting the interior of the house, installing handicap-accessible essentials, and undergoing a deep clean.
We'd like to have the funds raised by April 15, 2018, in time for the clean-up crew weekend and potential contracting work that needs to be done.
Deciding whether to donate, and how much, is completely up to you. No pressure, but of course, even small amounts are appreciated. Given many inflight-items happening on the financials front (i.e.: the sale of NTS, possible summer rental income), we cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed.
