Hello GoFundMe Audience,
We are the Long Island First Ladies AAU Basketball Team and we are in need of your support in our tournament journey! Last year we had a great season for beginners. In April we will start our 2nd season for the 10th and 11th grade girls. These are some phenomenal basketball players. As we approach the second year we are in need of tournament fees, lodging, meals, and travel expenses.
Long Island First Ladies is coached by Gabrielle Gibson a Copiague High School graduate and a graduate of Assumption College who received a 4-year basketball scholarship ending her tenure as the second highest scorer of the history of the college.
Long Island First Ladies is also coached by Devrinn Paul who coached with the University of Louisville and Marshall University in West Virginia as the Division1 Girls Basketball coach.
The Mission is to keep girls well balance exposing them and displaying their talent in a nurturing way to enhance them to become future role models for the next generation.
