Across our communities, many capable people want to work, learn, and contribute but face barriers that make progress feel out of reach. These barriers might be a lack of qualifications, confidence, support, or access to the right networks. We believe no one should be defined by what they’ve been denied.

<div>Our work focuses on supporting people facing barriers into construction and the wider built environment including young people not in education or employment, women, people with lived experience of the justice system, neurodivergent individuals, and local residents seeking a fresh start.

<div>We provide guidance, practical training pathways, wellbeing support, and real connections to employers. We work gently and respectfully, meeting people where they are and helping them move forward at their own pace.
