Lolo Eli's Emergency Brain Surgery

On October 27th, 2017, our Lolo, Eli San Gabriel, left for a trip to the Philippines for 1 month. Unfortunately, last night around 7pm, we found out through family back home that Lolo had suffered a stroke. This morning, things got worst. The Dr. advised that Lolo has bleeding in the brain and that he would need emergency brain surgery tomorrow morning. Only when Lolo becomes stable will he be able to come back home to Toronto, accompanied by another passenger. We will be leaving this Friday, November 17th to go to the Philppines to see him.
Our Lolo is still 75 years young and works a 6 day part-time job to take care of our Lola Dorie, who unfortunately is starting to go through the process of dementia. They don't have much in savings to help with the costly medical bills.
$200/CAD a day for up to 7 days for the room at Gapan Hospital.
$500/CAD for the brain surgery.
In addition, three (Alona, Eli and I's) tickets to the Philippines from Toronto can cost up to $1500/each right now. With no vacation hours and no emergency funds on hand, we will be getting unpaid leave at our employments for 2 weeks as well.
We are asking for any and as much help that we can get to reach our goal of $7,000. Help us get our Lolo better, and to bring him back home as soon as possible.
