Lolas bone cancer treatment

Unfortunately the day before thanksgiving my family and I were given devastating news. We brought are dog Lola to the vet for X-rays because we thought she hurt her back leg playing with our other dog or getting out of the car being we own a truck. Unfortunately that was not the case at all instead Lola the family dog was diagnosed with bone cancer in her back left leg. She’s still pretty young, and the vet we went to see seems very hopeful on her recovery. This breaks are families heart even more so because about six months ago we had to put are oldest dog to sleep do to health complications and the medication stopped work she was 15. Lola is only 7 years old and while some may think that’s old she is healthy aside from the cancer. The vet seems to think amputation and chemo will give her a new lease on life. We are raising money to go towards another set of X-rays blood work and the amputation surgery as those are the first major steps in her recovery. We also are raising money to help keep her comfortable till surgery sadly one medication for her is 95 dollars for only a 15 pill supply. She’s the apple of our eye and everyone who has ever met her. She’s a great dog and we would be so grateful  for any bit of help. We rescued her and brought her home December 16th 2012. Please be not only my family, but my dogs Christmas miracle! It would mean the world
to us.
