Lois's Legal Defense

Friends, many of you know that the building I have lived in for 14 years was purchased 3 1/2 years ago, and that the person who bought it has chosen to make my life miserable in every way possible, in a transparent attempt to make me leave. Being unsuccessful with her harassment, she has actually filed an eviction case against me, which I must answer and defend. Though my attorney is a non-profit, there are steep costs to defending oneself against the threat of becoming homeless. This sort of case moves fast in L.A., so the money will be needed soon.
