Logan and Brayden’s Fundraiser for R U OK?

On Saturday 24th of July, we are going to ride our bikes from Elizabeth Quay to the Busselton Jetty to raise funds and awareness for RUOK. The 3 words “are you okay?” Can change the course of someone’s whole life.
Showing someone you care or by sharing those heavy emotions that one is experiencing somewhat removes the burden on ones shoulder. Once a discussion is opened up, a possible solution can be found. Making someone feel less lonely is so impactful, giving someone the sense of belongingness, or telling them they are strong can impact the path a particular person is going down.
It is not hard to ask “are you ok”. Don’t let anyone slip off the radar, no one is ever alone and we are always here to listen to anything you have to say
