Greetings from the Veedersburg F. & A. M. Lodge #491.
This gofundme assistance is being requested because the ceiling in our lodge has collapsed and due to the nature of the collapse, insurance has denied our claim.
We have met with several contractors and now have an estimated cost of repair and replacement of all damaged items. Although we have agreed to move forward, we are unable to do so until we have the funds required.
We have met with various organizations to determine if there is any grant money from the community or historical associations that will aide and assist in the repairs but so far with no success.
We are reaching out not only to our immediate members for assistance, but we are seeking support from Brethren all around the world and anyone else interested in helping restore our historical lodge back to working order.
