Congratulations to the first place winner of the 2017 Chicago Locksport OPEN!, Lyn Cole!
That was the start of a wonderful journey that leads to the Netherlands. I've been lockpicking since April 2013, loving it all of the way. I went to Loctoberfest not expecting to win but to have fun picking with friends.
I have a passport and I have only been to Canada. No stamps on my passport. I said to a friend this year I want to travel further then Canada. This is a great way to get stamps on my passport, have fun in another part of the world, learn about another place and attend Lockcon in the Netherlands in September. Lockcon is by invitation only, I got an invitation!
The money will go towards expenses, Lockcon entry and hotel, tourist stuff, hotel for other days, transportation, food and lost income. (I have to take a week off work and if I don't work, I don't get paid.)
I appreciate all of the help in making this Lockcon adventure a reality.
