LOCKTOBER SPECIAL

If you follow me on Twitter, you know what's going on here. This fundraiser closes at October 1 at midnight at which point I start the clock. One hour for every dollar donated here. All donations go directly to the National Network of Abortion Funds through GoFundMe. You will get a tax receipt for this charitable donation.

The National Network of Abortion Funds, in its own words, "builds power with members to remove financial and logistical barriers to abortion access by centering people who have abortions and organizing at the intersections of racial, economic, and reproductive justice." Hopefully it makes sense why donating to provide access to abortions is such a big deal this year. I live in the United States but I can't vote here, so fundraisers like this are a way for me to contribute to the kind of society I want to live in.

Just to confirm, because I've gotten questions about this in the past - this is a donation to the National Network of Abortion Funds, I couldn't touch the money even if I wanted to, and donating here will automatically issue you a tax receipt for a charitable donation.
