Frank & Elizabeth Bryand have been fostering children for 20+ years. Throughout this time, they have earned a solid reputation for being a highly therapeutic foster family home typically caring for children who display a higher level of needs & more challenging behaviors. The Bryand’s provide the children with a Christian-based, well-structured home environment and have had many past successes in preparing these children to be placed into their adoptive homes.
In the last 6 months, Frank Bryand was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Despite this diagnosis he and his wife continued to open their home and hearts to foster youth in need. During a checkup in early November Frank experienced a medical emergency and his health began to decline. He is now receiving hospice care at home.
After over 20 years and more than 600 children fostered, the Bryand's had to make the hard decision to discontinue fostering children. The family is now solely focused on caring for Frank and his health. With so much uncertainty as to what the future holds for this loving family, we are asking the community for any financial assistance you can spare, as Frank was the main financial provider for his family.
