Mentor Leadership Weekend

In October 2014, Next Level Experience launched a pilot Mentoring Leadership Program to support seven students attending a Charlotte, North Carolina high school. These students participated in the Mayor’s youth Employment Program, a program that prepares Charlotte’s youth for future employment, as well as, focuses on leveraging relationships with businesses and the community to provide meaningful career-oriented internships and exposure.

As a youth growing up in the Kenilworth neighborhood of Washington, DC, Larry (partner with Next Level Experience), understands the power of having strong positive mentors involved in your life. Therefore, he wants to take his passion for empowering youths by bringing them to the Nation’s Capital, Washington, DC for a weekend of education, networking and leadership workshops. In addition to bringing the students to Washington, DC, we need your support to purchase them laptops. Our students are heading to college in the Fall of 2015 and planning to major in areas such as economics, film, business, public administration, marketing and engineering.

We want to make this weekend a memorable experience for these students as this will be their first time visiting Washington, DC. We are confident that your donation will help us empower these youths to make positive choices today and tomorrow!  Help us help our future leaders.
