Animal Lovers...Please help me help May. My sweet girl my shadow and best friend.
May, my 7 year old black lab has been diagnosed with Lymphoma and needs expensive, extensive treatment in order to increase her quality and length of life. With out it she will die...sooner than later. She's responding well to treatments and hopefully will continue to. Quality of life is priority. She'll let me know. As heartbreaking as it is I understand that I can win the battle but never the war. PLEASE help me help her. Without treatment she was given only weeks. We're not ready yet...
Her diagnoses came as a complete surprise as we had taken her into be seen when she was sick. They're diagnosis was Lyme's and treated as such. After over $900.00-2 weeks and an emergency admission($2,300) to follow we finally got the correct diagnosis ...LYMPHOMA. Because of the misdiagnosis and wasted time (and money) we are in a dire position.
Love comes with pain and the love of a "pet" hits deep. Especially when they’re sick and in need. Those of you with pets know the incredible unconditional love that they give us humans. It is a true gift and one that I feel deserves our caring for them in the best possible way. She has taken care of me through some of the hardest times in my life, I must do the same for her.
Your financial help is needed! She's being treated at Port City Veterinary Referral Hospital in Portsmouth, NH. Copies of some of her bills are pictured below. I know there's many scams out there. Unfortunately this is all too real.
Without money she can’t get treatment. Without treatment she WILL die. I must do all that I can to prolong the quality and duration of her life. She is in good spirits, quite strong and responding very well to the initial treatments. Please help me help May.
