Love and Support for Darlene

Our dear friend and colleague, Darlene Mahmud, sustained severe injuries in a tragic accident on May 22nd.  Her injuries will require extensive medical procedures and months of rehabilitation.  Darlene is a fighter and has already shown remarkable progress in her recovery; however, she faces a long road ahead and will need to take an extended leave of absence from work.

Many of you have expressed a desire to support Darlene during this difficult time. After careful thought and consideration, we have set up a fund for Darlene and her family. The mounting costs of medical procedures and rehabilitation, in addition to lost income during her leave of absence, will surely put undue financial stress on Darlene, her husband Jameel and their three children. Let’s come together in true LMC fashion and offer Darlene as much love and support as we can.
