Christine's Mission to Homes of Hope, Fiji

I am asking for you to help support me and my family in a decision to follow a calling from God that I have had for the past few years, and am now finally doing the calling.

The "calling" is one that shouldn't surprise most of you... as it is following in the footsteps of my Mother... mission work. My church, COC (churchofcelebration.com) is a member of AZ Volunteers of Vision Abolition and supports a ministry in Fiji called Homes of Hope. My heart felt the calling from God over 2 years ago, and has continued to get heavier every time that COC has gone for this mission trip, and I haven't gone. Today they announced when the next mission trip is... and the Holy Spirit led me to commit to go this time. I will tell you, that my family is in no financial position to send me on this trip, and it will be by answer of faith in God, and in friends and family like you that will help to get me there. The trip is scheduled for July 23-31st, 2012. The cost of the mission trip is $2500 per person. I will need to raise $500 no later than 5/27/2012 in order to start the paperwork to go. This is where you, my family & close friends come in. I am asking for any and all funds that you can send for this mission trip for me to complete God's calling. You can send it to me directly with the check written out to COC referencing Christine Horvath - Fiji 2012 on it. I really appreciate any and all help that you can offer.
