Hello, my name is John Bertz and I was recently diagnosed with lymphoma. The series of letter are cll/sll. Those can be googled for much more detailed information.
This is something that I found very hard to do, but necessary given the amount of medical expenses I may be facing. I am asking for $30,000.
If my out of pocket expenses do not total my request I plan on donating either to another cancer patient or donate to some type of cancer society.
In other words, I will not keep one penny that I do not need for my expenses.
I have few Facebook friends so I would greatly appreciate you sharing with your friends.
Any little bit helps. I realize that not all people are in a position to contribute. Like me, lots of us live pay check to pay ckeck.
