Bassooner the Better!

So, it's almost the end of my senior year of high school, and ever since I started playing the bassoon, I have been using one that my school has provided for me.  Once my time in high school is up, so is my time of having a bassoon to play.

When I go to college for music, it is vital that I have a horn of my own.  I am so active in my music programs at school that I was only able to start making a small amount of money each week working part time.  Although I plan on setting most of my paychecks aside to put into my "bassoon fund," it will only make a small dent in what will end up being around $10,000- $20,000 for a used bassoon of professional quality.

I plan on pursuing a Music Education and Bassoon Performance double major in college, and without a bassoon of my own, I will be unable to achieve these goals.  My goal amount is $4,500; which will help offset the cost of a used bassoon of my choice.

I'm trying to help my parents with offsetting the cost in any way that I possibly can.  It doesn't matter how much you donate; simply donating means a lot to me.  I would greatly appreciate you supporting my cause, and telling a friend or two about it as well. :)
