Liviu Raica Funeral Fund

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Liviu Raica on April 13, 2020. He touched the lives of so many and it’s our turn to give back to his family in their time of need. We are raising money to cover the costs of the funeral for Liviu’s family as this passing was completely unexpected. After spending his last remaining days on the ventilator at a hospital in Seattle battling Covid-19, our dear friend Liviu went to be with the Lord Jesus who he served all his life. Liviu was just visiting the US, as his home is back in Romania (Cluj), where he left behind a wife, two children, three grandchildren, his brother, and many friends. Due to the circumstances, he will need to be buried in Seattle unprepared for the high cost of a funeral and other expense.


Biography from family,

Liviu Raica 68 years of age was born and lives in  Timisioara . He moved to Cluj 27 years ago where he served as a evangelist pastor at the church “Limanuri Bune” where he had a big love for the mission and people.
Leaving behind a wife Aurora, two daughters with their husbands and three grandchildren and the only brother Paul. He dedicated his whole life to serving the Lord and evangelizing/serving anywhere God called him to be. He was here visiting family in America when he caught the virus.


“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.
Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord ,
the righteous judge shall give me at that day:” 2 Timothy 4: 7-8
