Living Hope Charity

Living Hope Charity is a charity organization in Uganda; this fundraiser is made to help them become self-sufficient in their mission to spread the Gospel not just with words but with action: feeding, clothing, and educating through long-term planning and fundraising. My name is Doug Campbell and I found out about this organization from my friend Dylan and from their their instagram page https://instagram.com/living_hope_charity?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=. I have worked with Dylan to give help to many orphanages in Africa. We donate our own personal funds and also organize these GoFundMe fundraisers to help children who are starving and need help. This is one of the orphanages we support.

The orphanage in this fundraiser uses our donations to pay rent, buy food for the children, help if one of them needs medicine or other medical help, pay all of the many bills associated with the work they are doing, meet urgent needs as well as day to day needs and basic necessities, and respond to all of the demands that they face constantly on a daily basis.

When I receive the donations they go into my bank account. I then forward the money to Dylan and he sends the money to the orphanage through WorldRemit. This has worked well for us, and the intended recipients have always received their funds.
