Liver Cancer treament

On March 7th I had an ER room visit due to insane out of nowhere pain. It turned out to be a kidney stone. To find that out I had a CT done. Besides the kidney stone multiple masses were found in my liver. By a stroke of luck(?) I had been in a car accident almost three years previously and was seen at the same ER. Three years ago a CT was done to see what injuries I might have. At that time they picked up the masses but said nothing about them. This visit the ER doctor was concerned, one of the masses had nearly double in size. I was instructed to follow up on this ASAP. 

I have had an MRI, and a biopsy and at this stage the major mass at 6cm and malignant. The decision has been made to remove the right lobe of my liver. This surgery will happen on July 10th. 

I'm a writer, I know I'm lucky to be able to say for the last two years I am able to support myself by writing and releasing romance stories. I love what I do. To create and share stories of love and hope is something I am so proud of. But with all of this hanging over me, writing isn't something I'm able to do right now. 
My hope is once this has all been resolved I'll be able to focus on writing. 

But right now, I hate to say this. I need help. While I am lucky enough to have insurance it doesn't cover everything and my out of pocket is high to allow the insurance to be affordable. The bills are piling up and I haven't even gotten to the surgery.  

Any help you can give is greatly appreciated.

Update:

Today I am having a portal vein emobilization done where they fill a vein with glue to encourage growth in my left lobe. At least they are putting me out for it.
