Annabel’s Final Wish

Donation protected
If you know Annabel Fisher, you'll know her motto is, "Make your one life count - every day". As a coach she has taught that to her clients. As a speaker, she has shared it through stories from the stage. As a woman who has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer three times in the last three years, she has grabbed life with both hands and said "f*** it!" To the disease that recurs almost as quickly as it heals.

In fact, she's making her one life count in this very moment - having been told she has only weeks to live.

Annabel knows the only thing that truly matters in life is the people and pets that we love, and the experiences we get to share with them. That's why in this very moment, she's celebrating some of her final days with her amazing husband, Michael - they've returned to Nepal for 2 weeks, the country where they first met in 1995!! She's making her one life count by savouring every moment with Michael in Nepal - all while making her own final arrangements.

Annabel has decided she wants to spend her final days in the country of her birth, England. On September 13th she and Michael fly to the UK. She will be with her parents, her oldest friends - and her beloved cat, Midnight.
This GoFundMe is to help with the cost of Midnight's transport from their home in BC, Canada, to Annabel's final resting place in Cornwall, England. For example, cat transport from Vancouver to London Heathrow plus all paperwork, legal documents, pet passport, cat care & specially built cat crate =$2,000. Cat Transport from London Heathrow to Annabel's parent's house =$850. It's also to cover any expected costs (like vet bills) and unexpected costs that will inevitably arise in a situation none of us would ever wish to endure.

I offered to help my sweet friend, Annabel, raise these funds so she can continue to make her one life count every day, surrounded by her family and her "fur baby" Midnight who has been by her side during the past three years. Annabel's days are limited and finances should be the farthest thought in her mind.
I hope that even if you haven't been blessed to know this amazing woman, you can be moved by her story. We can all learn from her journey and her desire to grab life with both hands. We can learn from her heart: her last request that we make our one life count every damn day!

Thank you for your contribution friends.
