<div>Suicide awareness is deeply personal to me. I’ve seen the impact it has up close. I suffer from Bipolar 1 disorder and that’s been the toughest battle I’ve ever experienced.

<div>One of my biggest role models took his life at 18 years old. My uncle also lost his life by suicide when I was very young. And there have been times in my own life when it was hard to even want to make it to tomorrow.

<div>Because of those experiences, I know how important it is for people to feel heard, supported, and not alone. That’s why I’m raising money for King’s Refuge, an organization that offers free counseling and support for anyone who is struggling.

<div>This cause isn’t just about statistics. It’s about real people, real families, and real pain, but also about real hope. By supporting suicide awareness and free counseling, we can help save lives and remind people there’s always a reason to keep going.
