Well, as most of you know, Little Martha is my whole world and I have always planned on her living forever. Yesterday, my sweet Little Martha was diagnosed with lymphoma, an aggressive cancer that will take her life far too soon.

I. am. heartbroken.

There is no cure for lymphoma and it’s pretty rare that pups ever go into complete remission, even with treatment. Chemotherapy is considered one of the more successful treatments, and while it’s not likely it will extend her life much longer, Martha’s quality of life during treatment can be greatly improved. And right now, that’s all I can hope for.
