Let's Save Bobby's Life

Bobby is an 11 year old medical nightmare who is currently at a shelter in Ontario. Bobby was severely neglected by his owners and is now in seriously bad shape.
Little Bobby had been residing at the shelter for almost 2 weeks when he suddenly started having difficulty breathing. He was taken to an emergency clinic where they found fluid in his chest and a high grade heart murmur. He also has severe dental disease, is not neutered and has a swollen penis which is likely painful and uncomfortable.
Bobby needs medical attention ASAP. He will need a full cardiac work-up, dental surgery, neuter and likely something going on with his penis that needs to be addressed.
Despite all the medical issues, Sweet little Bobby is very friendly, playful, loves attention, has a great appetite and a desire to live.
Unfortunately due to his age and his long list of medical issues, Bobby's options are very limited and we may be his last hope.
