Little Zoe's Liver

Donation protected
Zoe is our rescue pittie through PAWS (Protecting Animals Within San Antonio); we began fostering her in the Autumn of 2015, and adopted her in May of 2016. She was found as a stray on the south side of San Antonio, and was heartworm positive. She took a while to get used to living inside and trusting people, but she has succeeded in every way. She gives the best kisses, and lives with an inspiring amount of enthusiasm.

She is the light of our damn life.

This past Saturday, Zoe began to vomit. The doctor thinks her condition is liver related - either hepatitis, or, despite the fact that she was vaccinated in November, leptospirosis. She's currently in the animal hospital on IV with round the clock supervision, but that's very expensive. We've blown through our savings, and we need help. We're waiting on results from her urinalysis and lepto panels, but those won't come in until Monday. The doctor can't definitively say what's wrong with her, but she's doing poorly without proper diagnosis and treatment. We need this money to pay for her care until we can figure out what's ailing her.

Please help contribute towards our little scrapper, our girl who has lived through so much trauma and abuse and sickness. Any donation helps, and will be funnelled through PAWS, and therefore tax deductible.
