Twenty years ago I employed Maate John to do works for Mountains of the Moon University which I was working to set up. Later he moved to Kampala and started this school about seven years ago, and then came covid. All schools were closed, by government order, but with no supports of any kind . He and other schools were prevented by the government from publicising their need for help. Many of his friends went bankrupt with interest rates 42 - 50%.

Earlier some very generous people helped him raise the funds to build enough to ensure that works demanded by Kampala City Council could be completed and the school would not be closed.

This appeal is to help him finish the roof, a real necessity during the rainy season.
