Little Ramla's Brain Operation

Little Ramla and her family are family friends of ours, Little Ramla lives in Mogadishu with her brothers, sisters and parents. Little Ramla is 2 years old and was born with Hydrocephalus which is a build up of fluid in the brain. This causes potentially damaging increased pressure in the head.
