We hope that you & your loved ones are safe and healthy during this difficult time.
Like many businesses in the restaurant community, our restaurants and events spaces—Little Owl, Market Table, The Clam, Little Owl the Venue & the Townhouse—have temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 public health crisis.
With heavy hearts, we had to lay off 95% of our employees—many of which live paycheck to paycheck. Our reservationists, cooks, porters, office administrators, back servers, servers, dishwashers, event staff, bookkeepers, bartenders, and managers are the hearts and souls of our restaurants and event spaces. Our team is everything—their talent, creativity, and individuality make up the fabric of our hospitality and success as a company. While we hope this closure will be temporary, there are so many unknowns, and that means the majority of our staff is without financial security for the unforeseeable future.
We have been heartened by the outpour of love from our regulars, friends, and family, who have reached out to ask how they can offer support during this time. We set up this campaign to mobilize funds and provide assistance to our team. 100% of donations will go to our employees in this time of need. We are infinitely grateful to every one of our staff, guests, supporters, regulars— to our neighborhood community as a whole. We could not do what we do without you.
