One of the biggest challenges of our line of work is that we've got no safety net if we get injured off the job. Sure we may have health insurance and grants to cover the medical expenses, but the lost wages are crushing. When guides can't use their bodies, we can't work. I've been there. You've probably been there.
So let's put some money in the pot for Alma!
I’m throwing in a great day of tip money. Other folks are put in the equivalent of one day of work. Nate is also going to contribute. Please help out if you can -even if you’ve only got $10 to spare (you can keep your name or your donation amount anonymous). We've got to help each other out; goodness knows any one of us could find ourselves in the same position tomorrow.
