Hi, my name is Guadalupe, and I'm asking for help to assist my granddaughter with the expenses of medical bills, she is in the need of a heart transplant, she just turned 5 years old inside the hospital a few days ago in February 27th , she has been connected to a machine since August 2023, the machine that she is attached to is the only thing pumping her heart, she is in the waiting list for a new heart I will appreciate all the help I could get.
