Mon amie organise cette collecte en urgence pour sauver la vie d’un chien actuellement en République dominicaine, qui souffre de malnutrition et est très faible.

Sans soins immédiats, il risque de mourir. 

Le chien est trop faible pour prendre l’avion pour le moment. Selon les vétérinaires, il doit rester sur place encore environ 21 jours afin de prendre des forces et recevoir le vaccin contre la rage, vaccin obligatoire pour pouvoir être exporté au Canada.

De son côté, elle a récolté l'argent pour payer la pension sur place, couvrir le transport local, prendre en charge les billets d’avion, et aller le chercher elle-même dès que les vétérinaires donneront le feu vert.

Il manque toutefois 1 000 $ CAN pour couvrir les frais vétérinaires et les soins médicaux urgents à l’étranger (traitements, alimentation spécialisée, suivi vétérinaire).

My friend is launching this urgent fundraiser to save the life of a dog currently in the Dominican Republic, who is malnourished and very weak.

Without immediate care, he may die.

The dog is too weak to fly at the moment. According to veterinarians, he must remain there for about 21 days to regain his strength and receive the rabies vaccine, which is mandatory for export to Canada.

On her hand, she has raised the money to pay for his boarding there, cover local transportation, pay for the plane tickets, and pick him up as soon as the veterinarians give the green light.

They are still $1,000 CAD short to cover veterinary and urgent medical care abroad (treatments, specialized food, veterinary follow-up).
