Lisa needs help with Diabetes care

After much prayer and meditation, I've decided to finally ask for outside help for my mounting medical bills. I'm officially scared shitless and have no other option than to put on my "big girl pants" and try this campaign. 

As many of you know, I have never liked talking about my Type 1 Diabetes. I hate it actually.  I was diagnosed at 12 years old, and even though it's been challenging over the last 35 years, I've never let it get in the way of having an AWESOME life filled with family and friends, but it's finally kicking my ass and those Diabetic "complications" are finally here and I'll be officially screwed at this point without investing in a (horribly expensive) pump.  The Opthomologist warned me that if my A1C levels don't improve drastically, my current vision problems will only get worse, and I could literally become blind within a year. WTF? Noooooo.... f*%k nooooooo. The good news is that my eye damage may still be reversible, but I have to become willing to ask for help from you guys.

Ugghhhh.... going off to rest for awhile now. Thanks so much for any help you can give. Even if it's just a prayer.
