Lisa Goe 2020 : Support the Music

My Name is Lisa Goe. I started supporting myself as an independent full time songwriter about 6 years ago after realizing being a stylist and having a 9-5 was more a talent than a passion. I had been writing music for years, and was an artist on the side, but never gave it a full time shot.
During my time as a Stylist, a song I wrote with a friend of mine, went viral. Justin Bieber somehow heard the song and it became his love song to Selena Gomez that he sang live at several arenas around the world. The song was later recorded (without me or my cowriters permission) and was made available for free download. My cowriter and I were not properly compensated, however, it was exciting and began to open a few doors.
I quit my job to pursue songwriting full time, and for awhile it became somewhat lucrative. I had some funds saved up and not only pursued a publishing deal, but was able to have a few songs featured on a couple sitcoms as well as a theme song for an MTV gameshow.
Anyone who is in the independent game understands, that there is no guarantee, and what a lot of people don't understand, is how much it actually costs to pursue your dream.
Music is one of the most least understood businesses. In short, we gamble every day, but the product is something everyone wants out of us, but for nothing. The reality, is like any good business, monetarily we need support to continue making a product.
After years of supporting others and writing for others, Its time to break out the untold stories. Songs only myself or the producers or cowriters have heard.
This GoFundme is for those interested in supporting the 2020 Journey. The goal is to release one song per month. Im doing this completely independent. Last year, most of my expenses went towards travel to pursue a publishing deal, as well as opportunities with songwriting camps for projects. Those trips were indeed fruitful. Im happy to add I will have 3 songs being cut in 2020 by other artists featuring yours truly, however, there is no Lisa Goe Fingerprint on any streaming platform, and this is where you come in.
Im excited for the challenge. Your support means the most, and will go purely towards one of the following:
Production: $500-$2k depending what is necessary (the producers on this project have been kind enough to produce for free and share their publishing and writing credits with me. I'd like to pay them for their time that they have so kindly donated)
Promotional Photos : $500+/ session
PR: $1k-$2k
Promotional Boosts via YouTube/ Instagram: $20+ depending
Im only asking for $2500 as a base, and lets see where we go from there!!
