<div>At the end of last year we sadly lost our good friend &amp; colleague Phil Crumpton to bowel cancer. Phil was in his early 50's.

<div>Despite his illness Phil remained stoic and positive all throughout his treatment. He was a keen runner and cyclist and prior to his diagnosis could outpace us all, he was (&amp; still is) an inspiration if ever we need the get up and go to don our trainers, get off our backsides and head out for some exercise.

<div>In memory of Phil a few of us (Kev, Conor, Lucy, Brandon, Jamie &amp; Rikki) in Studio have decided to participate in the annual ’Skegness Charity Bikeride’ with the aim to raise as much money as we can for Bowel Cancer UK.
</div>

<div>On the 6th July 2024 we’ll be cycling from Car Colston, just outside Notts, to Skegness; an 80 mile journey taking in scenic canal paths and villages. It’ll be challenging but it should also be fun…. we hope!

<div>Bowel Cancer kills over 16,000 people every year here in the UK, it affects both men and women, young and old.
</div>
