UPWARD is a nonprofit that was founded on the belief that all women deserve to fulfill their career ambitions at the highest level. UPWARD is a forum for executive women to share ideas, learn, and grow in their careers. It’s also a place to build trusted professional relationships.
It’s almost impossible to move UP without sponsors, mentors, and colleagues who are willing to help women gain exposure, access the right opportunities, and avoid common mistakes that are made along the way. UPWARD is dedicated to providing these resources to women around the world.
All UPWARD programming is completely free to the women who participate. The funds raised from this campaign will go towards professional development events and programs that directly benefit the participating women.
