Lindsay’s Emergency Fund

Hi everyone. I’ll try to make this short. Some of you are aware of the medical issues I’ve been having for the last 6 months or so. I’ve been having severe debilitating pain in my c-section scar amongst other issues This has caused me to have to spend money out of pocket to see multiple doctors over the months just to have them tell me there’s nothing to be done. I finally found a doctor who is sure I have extensive scarring/adhesions/likely severe endometriosis. I’m scheduled to have surgery Tuesday the 8th which means I have to take more days off for the surgery and depending on what happens during it depends on how much longer I have to be out of work. Compounding this with a single income and having to miss work previously because of this pain, and I’m panicking. I’ve exhausted all other options. I unfortunately don’t qualify for loans/credit cards. So I’m turning to you my family/friends. I really wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t an emergency situation and out of pure desperation. This is a really hard thing for me to ask as I know it’s Christmas time and people are still struggling due to Covid, so if you can’t help please don’t feel obligated in any way. But if there’s anything you can give to help me with piling expenses, I would be forever grateful and appreciative for any amount.
