On July 20th, Lindberg's Tavern in Springfield, MO had to temporarily close. One of their employees had tested poistive for covid-19. They will remain closed until all necessary employees have been tested, cleared, and the restaurant is thoroughly sanitized. Our hope is they will not have to remain closed for too long.
Lindberg's has been hit hard since the beginning of this pandemic, and it would be unacceptable for our community to let them down during their worst time. Springfield's oldest tavern has been a staple to the Springfield community for many years, especially the music community. When one of us hurts, we all hurt. This fundraiser is to ensure that Eric and Dock (the owners) have some relief during such a hard financial hit toward their business.
They have been there for all of us when we needed it. Time to give back and continue to support even after their shut down!
All funds will go directly to Eric Weiler, owner.
