Linda Stice Needs Your Help

Hello! I am writing on behalf of my mother Linda Stice. In addition to successfully raising my three brothers and I, she has spent her life showing us and others how to have compassion and love in any situation, how to make the most of slender resources and be grateful for the blessings in our lives. Over the last 15 years(and longer) she has been on a mission to help disadvantaged children around the world. She may have approached you for financial or material help in her endeavors. All the support she gained went directly to helping these children. It is only now that she is willing to ask for help for herself. This is her story: 

I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease at the age of 41 in 1987.  I have tried many treatments with periods of remission but now I am having serious neurological symptoms of late stage Lyme. My pastor and his wife went to a Lyme treatment clinic in Reno, Sierra Integrative Medical Center in Reno Nevada and have not had a relapse. I want to go because I don’t want to spend my remaining years in a nursing home not knowing the names of my children or worse. The length of treatment will be 6-8 weeks at the cost of $15,000 to $21,000 with a $5,000 down for a discount. Will you please help me?

She is hoping to enter treatment this Fall in Reno. In addition to financial help, she would be grateful for lodging opportunities as well.
