Linda Schubert's Care

Update: Linda Schubert's funeral will be held on November 25th at 10 am. Services will be held at St. Justin's Parish in Santa Clara, California. There will also be a gathering afterwards at small community hall near her home.

Update: Linda is home but still in a lot of pain. Most of her time is spent in bed. Family is here taking good care of her, making her comfortable and she just met her great-great-niece Hazel for the first time, which made her smile. 

Hospice is caring for her with nursing visits every other day but she needs care 24 hours a day. As many of you know, she was scammed out of her ENTIRE savings, which leaves her basically out of money to pay for the care that she needs. We have to think now that the cancer decreased her cognitive abilities to discern the difference between a scammer and what she hoped to be a real thing. She is continually more and more confused and disoriented every day and we are doing our best to keep her aware of how her days are passing.

Many people who have been touched by her ministry continue to email and call with their loving support and prayer, which she is extremely appreciative of. Her acceptance of all people from all walks of life throughout her ministries and her friendships has taught us all to be just as accepting and non-judgemental as she has practiced all of these years. Because of this, more people are open to God's gifts that people have for them. We know that God's is control of her life and knows what she needs, we just need to trust that He will provide. 

Thank you to all whom have donated so far and please please share this so that we may continue to support her in this phase of her life. We love her so much and are truly blessed by all of the friends and family who share their support as well.

Linda has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer that is not treatable.  
She is returning home from the hospital 10/21 /2019.   She will be under Hospice care and will have significant medical expenses and caregiver needs.

We know that many have been touched by her life and ministry.  We, her family, are now reaching out to you, in this time of her need. If you are led to help Linda, please donate as you are able.
