Please keep praying, we believe in the power of prayer. This is going to be a very very slow process for healing. Mom is hanging in there. She was happy to have a few visitors, and receive cards from people who are praying fir her healing. Her white blood cells are still rising and her breathing is becoming more labored again.
**UPDATE**
We covet your prayers! Please be in prayer continually today(Friday). It will be a very taxing day on her body and spirit! We are not making progress as of now. The abscess has not resolved, they are replacing the drain for that today. Today the plan is to consult infectious disease and pulmonary. Mom's white blood cell count keeps rising even with the strongest of antibiotics on board. Mom's breathing remains labored and is not resolving with breathing treatments. She is becoming severely overloaded with fluids. Her nutrition is poor so her body is having a hard time healing. She is in need of something positive. She's very weak right now and in need of healing. We are so thankful for all the prayers, love, and support! We are discouraged but not defeated! God is in control and we rest in Him!

We are so very thankful for all of your thoughts and prayers for our mom, Linda. As you know, she had surgery in September to try to remove a tumor in her abdomen. Unfortunately, the surgery was unsuccessful, and now she has developed an abcess on her tumor. In the process of draining the abcess, she developed sepsis, blood clots formed in her lungs, and lesions were discovered on her esophagus. She has a long road to recovery, but we know that God is sovereign and we are already seeing answers to prayer. She is moving in the right direction, but it is going to take longer than anticipated. Many of you have asked how you can help. Definitely continue to pray! But if you feel moved to help financially, it would be greatly appreciated! She will have a number of bills for both hospital stays and medication that she will need to continue to take. Thank you again for the love, prayer, and support! We appreciate you all!
