Limaro's Journey to Vision

Limaro is an 8 year old boy living in Lebanon. He was born with an eye condition which causes his retina in his eye to detach causing blindness. Since Limaro was a baby hes been trying to treat his condition. Unfortunatley there is no cure for his condition until hopefully one day implants amd transplants will be available. Limaro has lost sight in one of his eyes and has only about 30% of his sight left in the other, which we are hoping to maintain and hoping to improve. The past 3 years have been tough for Limaro and his family. Limaro has even been missing schooling through out the years as he is unable to attend because of all the procedures that he needed to do. Including lying front face for 3 weeks being unable to move so his retina doesn't detach. In a span of 3 months Limaro underwent more than 5 surgeries. The last time he went in for surgery the surgeon didn't commence as he said there was no hope to save his one and only eye. Hope was lost. Limaro has been recommended to continue his operations in France. He has been twice and so far his eye has been maintained. Limaro has one more surgery at the moment at the end of March. This is why I ask for your help. We need $20000 for Limaro's operation and expenses as he needs to stay more than a month in France. His parents are trying to save for the accommodation and expenses alone so the $20000 will cover medical expenses. Not forgetting that all expenses are paid in the Euro dollar. His own mother and father do not travel with him to save economically. Limaro travels with his uncle. Limaro's parents have received lots of help from relatives and are greatful for their help. Even coming to a point they have sold most of their things such as their car and any valuable items to help pay for medical expenses. I thank you for your time for reading Limaro's story.
