ZAMBIA HERE I COME...

Hi, my name is Lily and firstly I would like to thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I am so excited to be offered an experience of a lifetime in helping and making a difference in both the local community and the animals of Zambia. It would be a great challange yet an amazing journey of self discovery. Part of my challenge is to raise the funds so this is were you can play a part in helping me to help the children and wildlife of Zambia, all contributions will be so greatfully received.

Heres a taste of what I will be doing:

HELP BUILD A HOME
Collaborate with local builders to construct a new home for a member of the Mwandi community. Learn traditional mud and stick techniques to create a safe space for vulnerable members of the community. Live alongside villagers, immersed in rural life for authentic engagement with Zambian culture.

HOP OVER THE BORDER
Extend your expedition journey into Botswana to create the ultimate experience. Hop on the Kazungula ferry and you’ll reach Botswana in no time. From there meet the elephants of Chobe National Park, the inland waterways of the Okavango Delta and the san bushman tribes of the Kalahari Desert.

HEAR VICTORIA FALLS ROAR
Witness the awe-inspiring grandeur of Victoria Falls. Known locally as ‘the smoke that thunders’, hear its power roar from over 30 kilometres away and feel its cool spray. One of the natural wonders of the world, it’s protected by two National Parks and spans over a kilometre in length.
