Lily of the Valley Charity

Lily of the Valley was founded in 1995 to provide palliative care for dying children. As the children were given proper medical care, many recovered from their HIV/AIDS related illnesses. Over the past 20 years they have changed from a place preparing children for death to one preparing them for life.

Lily of the Valley has established a number of projects to address the ongoing physical, education, social, and emotional wellbeing and development of the children. These include Lily Medical Center, Lilyvale School and Early Child Development Centers, Valley Fresh Financial Stability Project and number of other initiatives.

Their school, Lilyvale, currently faces some significant challenges. Their children have grown up with inadequate attention to their educational needs and therefore struggle with insufficient foundational learning and low confidence.

Since 2013, Brown Charity has been raising funds to aid the children at Lily of the Valley. Last year, we personally delivered a total of $25,000 to KwaZulu, South Africa, where Lily is located. These funds are used to provide them with quality medical care, proper nutrition, and good education.

We ask for your support in infusing hope into the lives of these children, however much you can contribute. Thank you.
