Lily's cancer treatment fund

A few weeks ago our good friends Jessica and Trevor Berens found out their beloved cat, Lily was diagnosed with a rare form of Feline Leukemia. It was devastating news for them, but they were determined to find a treatment and do whatever it takes to help her. It didn’t take long to realize how many vet visits, tests and specialists they would need and how the cost was much more than they imagined.


We’ve known Jessica and Trevor for over 10 years. They have been a big part of our daughter’s life. Helping her and inspiring her to play piano and sing. It has been life changing for all of us - the ability to help her see her gift of music.


Jessica and Trevor are very special to us. We know they have a goal to move from their apartment and open a larger and more private studio. In order for that to happen, they have been working very hard to save for a home of their own. I personally know that they were very close to that goal until now. We want them to move forward with their dreams and we want to be a part of that. That is why we’re asking to help us provide for them a little relief. Any amount would be great, no matter how small.


Thus far, Lily’s treatment has cost many thousands of dollars and will continue to accumulate during her chemotherapy treatments over the next several weeks.
