Lilly Family

Jeremy and Joelle Lilly have 3 amazing little boys. Jeremiah their youngest (15 mo) has had a rough 10 mo. Currently Jeremy and Joelle have had to leave their two older boys at home with family and take Jeremiah to Seattle Childrens Hospital. He has been diagnosed with Laryngomalacia and Tracheomalacia . They went in to do Jeremiah's surgery today and once the surgeon got a look for himself at Jeremiah's airway he immediately stopped. Jeremiah's airway is much much worse than anyone thought. The surgeon today told us that his airway is the size of 2 small coffee straws. He has many malformations along his respiratory tract. Jeremiah needs a very complex surgery where they will rebuild his airway. They are hoping for surgery next Wednesday where they will be taking cartilage from his Adam's apple and his ribs. He will have the surgery and then be in the ICU for 7 days in a medically induced coma and then slowly brought out. The stay in Seattle can be 2 weeks to 4 months or longer. Jeremy being the main provider for the family has had to take time off work to be with Joelle and Jeremiah. Along with prayers and good thoughts they will need hotel, food, gas, and help with bills while they are in Seattle caring for their son. Any help is greatly appreciated so they can focus on Jeremiah and their boys at home in Spokane.
